I am now halfway through my final year as Chairman of the centre. Ronnie and I have enjoyed meeting old and making new friends. The Centre has still to run 8 Rallies. These include the 800^th Rally at St. John’s Town of Dalry. Sadly there will be no Clachan Fair this year as the organisers have gone into liquidation. This year the Centre is organising a Charity Rally in aid of the Ayrshire Hospice. I am sure we have all been involved with someone or we know of someone who has needed this valuable service. If you have any ideas on how we can raise funds please contact me or any committee member. We are also looking for any unwanted gifts for our raffle (no bric-a-brac) or bottles for our Bottle Stall. Please come along and support this worthy cause. Lunches will be available for a small fee on the Saturday. Ronnie is taking a Holiday Rally to Gt. Yarmouth and there are a few spaces still available.

At our AGM in October, Jim Ferguson will become your next Chairman, and I would ask that the Committee and centre members support him in anyway they can. You do not need to wait until the Nomination Rally to put your name forward for committee. DO IT NOW and show Jim your support.
